What weird way to post with slqx asleep beside me and im in the car cramped with my laptop while the sky gets overcast every minute. haha but at least got msn while waiting for ms gf to wake up...
Ran a 10km this evening. Felt totally wasted after that. I think long time didn run at that high intensity le thats why... but nevertheless must get back in shape for trifactor triathlon which is next sunday at ECP!! So excited..but this race is for me to see how much the bike will affect after installing the various upgrades. As slqx say ultimate waste money..but only if it doesnt help haha.
